Broken digit 1910 s lincoln cent?

this coin looks like the second 1 in the date is broken in half in the middle of the digit. any opinions about this coin?

Best i can tell is the one is fine however there is something below the tail of the one .
I will let better eyes say if its pmd or not as i cant tell.If you look at the one in 19 then look at the 1 in10 the tails seem to be the same.
Just my opinion no expert here.

Can't see close enough, but it's one of two things: post mint damage or a die gouge. Of course, neither is desirable.
