Hello everyone, I thought I would share some of my finds at CICF. Top to bottom: Titus gold aureus, Luristan dagger, c. 1200 B.C. and 5 oil lamps. I also came back with a bunch of coins for my vcoins store. Was a great show and I had a wonderful time! Nathan www.vcoins.com/holding_history_coins www.RomanCoinAuctions.com
Great finds. Love the Aureus. Maybe some day I'll buy gold, but probably not. For the cost of one gold coin, I can acquire a bunch of silver and even more bronze. But I can admire from afar. BTW, I read your profile. My youngest has his doctorate in Political Science. Good luck.
I don't mean to cast a pallor of apocalyptic doom on your thread, but this artist's depiction always gives me the shivers...
