The Coin Show Podcast LIVE from the ANA's Worlds Fair Of Money

As some of you guys know... we have been putting out a numismatic podcast for over 2 years now. (you can see the player on the right side of the site).

The American Numismatic Association has asked us to do a live show on Thursday August 15th from the Worlds Fair Of Money in Chicago. We were flattered and of course said yes.

We have some really special guest lined up and if you are going to be attending the WFOM we would LOVE to have you guys at the show!

That would be pretty neat. Would you have a roving reporter as well? Be kind of neat to hear from the dealers as well as the buyers on what they (Buyers) are looking for.

 

For this show I think that we will be just doing the show from the stage... but I suspect if this show goes well there will be others and that could be a real possibility.

 

Yep, we're super excited!!! It's going to be quite an experience, and we'd love to see how many forum members we can pack into the audience!

As for a roving reporter, the way that I understand things, we're going to be using an internet feed rather than a satellite feed so moving from location to location will likely not be in the cards.

That said, there will be video and we might have recorded reports on video from around the show, we just don't know yet. The canvas is still unpainted.

Suggestions are welcome, though! We always need good ideas!

 

I go most years, and since it's almost in my back yard, I'm suspect I will be there to see you. If you get published times for the taping, pass them on. Will either of you have a table for business there as well?
