Found a real low mintage coin tonight!

    So I'm finally going through some of my world coins and looking them up.

    I apologize for the poor photo quality my camera battery is dead so I had to use my phone.

    This 5 Centesismos from Panama is dated 1932 and has a mintage of only 332,000.

    I would consider mine a "Fine" as far as grade. With a Value of $5.00

    this one came in the mail today from listia

    mintage 200,000 most balboa's have low mintages it seems

    Ummm, speakin' of low ... here are a couple of classics

    1947 Canadian 50 Cent Piece - Maple Leaf Straight 7
    => a mere

    I got these two coins back in my change, ordering a coffee at Tim Horton's last night!!



    .... okay fine, that's a total lie (they're actually my late Father-in-law's coins) .... ummm, but no, there were no mysterious circumstances around his death ...
