Without better pics nobody is going to be able to help you.

I have taken better pictures of small objects with an iPhone camera (8 megapixel), no lens.

I believe it is not getting enough light and that it isn't stable enough.... To fix this, make a holder for the camera (tape and three books is an easy way to make this) and a little more light.

    Hope this helps!

The coin really is fairly worn in the middle. I understand that this was a common problem for the 20 cent pieces. Are you really saying that this image is not clear enough to judge the variety?

I'm just offering advice on taking photo's...

I'm not good at variety attribution.

If you have a 14 MP camera, it should be crystal clear. Make sure that you are in macro or close-up mode (usually a flower icon) and then stabilize the coin and/or camera and give it some indirect light. No one can tell you anything with that blur.

Perhaps the link wasn't working? In line pics are resized, so you may have to mouse over or click this to see the full sized picture:

Photo's focus is clear at the top of the coin but blurs towards the bottom; try another
