anyone buy from COINSHOP. com? i bought/paid for some items on sunday but my order is still marked as not shipped, sent 2 emails and got no response.

nah.. That shop looks good but it doesn't have much coins in there shop, but auctions are nice there, and most things are retail. And i don't buy retail.

 

Where are you in relation to the west coast, specifically, pacific time zone?

 

The site states that they've been having e-mail problems and offers a new contact addy. Shoot 'em another e-mail.

 

I have won a good number of auctions from them for silver at or below spot with free shipping with no problems, but that was a few years ago. They usually ship quickly but are more popular now and may be backed up. I would email them again. Their owner/CEO (Kevin) is on the PCGS forum (CoinShopCEO or CEOCoinShop?) and seems like a good enough guy. I am not sure if he is a member here, but you could look him up on the PCGS forum or just Google him if you continue to get no response. I am sure he will make it right. Good luck. TC

 

I have received a couple of orders from them. They are slow to ship, but I didn't complain since it was free and the cost of the orders was low.

 

You may very well be buying retail more than you know.

 

i dont think i`ll give these guys any more business. its been 9 days order still marked as "not shipped", no response to emails, no number to call, great way to run a business:yes:

Effective 7/11/2012 CoiNuts went out of business. The closure was a result of Bradenburg vs. Kevin Mitchell, etal, Kootenai County civil case CV-2012 000 4840 were upon the Kootenia County Sheriff levied on all of CoiNuts inventory. Subsequently the inventory was return to Kevin Mitchell and he is now liquidating the CoiNuts coin inventory under the name –

i never received my coins, i never received any emails or anything. total scammers! but my cc credited my account. live and learn i guess.

 

I am still waiting on an order that is 30+ days old and a couple of previous order backorder items. I have received no responses either.

 

I have not ordered from them in years, but just got the following email:

We are taking the site down temporarily, to fix software issues. Email will not work @coinshop.com..... Please send all email to: thecoinshopdotcom@gmail.com This will be our only source of contact for a while. Please keep it in your records. Thank you
