Well I *finally* last weekend integrated my two most recent error pickups into my error frame. No more room in this frame, any new errors means something has to come out. I have an example of most errors there, gutter bisecting the portrait, misaligned second prints, full front to back offset, partial back to front offset (really like that one), a double printed third black print w/offset front to back, overinked error, insufficient ink back (like that one), board break/insufficient ink star note (have to have a star error!), third print on back, missing second print, butterfly fold, mismatched serial number, inverted third print, and everyone loves an inverted back... Can't imagine changing this frame much, I will never get a double denomination, just too expensive. Might try to get a red seal deuce error just to break up the green, and perhaps change that full offset to a deuce. Anywho, I promised to post when I had done it, so here it is...
Putting them all together like that makes a fantastic display. You could sell posters of that frame Dave
Nice set of notes. Do you have a direct offset over print? Most of the offset over prints are indirect or transfers. They are the hardest to find of all.:thumb:
Sweet Mary, that's an outstanding presentation!! And you're right MEC, I am a huge fan of an inverted back!
I just don't see the errors, but I'll give you FV for them, $76, call it an even $80? In all seriousness, although I am not a paper collector, I can appreciate how much effort it must've taken to put together a set like that and how many notes didn't make the cut, so to speak. Awesome! :hail:
Just need to put you a piece of red or green felt behind notes that would really make them pop !! Damn nice set btw !!!
