This is a research survey only. We have nothing to sell. all i gotta say is no dont do it billy
Like a lot of companies and organisations these days, the survey is a form of data gathering to further train their AI models to identify purchasing preferences and product selection. The aim of which is to tailor their future advertising to individuals preferences and buying habits.
Last time I responded to one of their surveys, the prices of 3 and 1/2 inch medals exploded. I'm keeping my mouth shut.
Tell them how you much you adore their inverted Jenny stamp and could they print some more. That should keep 'em head scratching for awhile.
I read a letter to the editor once from a coin collector who was called by a boiler room to invest in their "rare" coins. He gave the caller (who didn't know the difference between a Red Book and a red fire engine) his want list which was every trophy coin under the sun. And Oh yeah, let me get couple a rolls of 1804 silver dollars. You can have a lot of fun sometimes with people interrupting your dinner. Especially if they know your name. "No that's not me. I'm Doodah Mann."
Part of the government and they want to know all about us. I never do surveys any more. No telling who will end up with your information.
I wonder how many of those who refuse the survey have one time or another complained that the Mint never listens to collectors?
Yeah that should have been on there too but the server was like yeah how much do you spend on gold how much do you spend on silver how much in bullion coins do you own... How many coins are in your collection how many of them are silver how many of them gold etc... What is the total value of your collection are you trying to sell your collection
