I'm trying to find something about the 2006-W Silver American Eagle dollar coin. Is there a uncirculated version? Is it available yet? can you still order it from the mint? Thanks for your help.

Looks like he's talking about the $1 coin, which is the silver version. There is both an uncirculated version with a specially prepared planchet, and a proof version of the 2006W Silver Eagle. Both are still available from the mint.

You can view availability of all US Mint products at the usmint.org web site. I just checked and there are still 2006-W ASE still available.

Just so you understand, there is a 2006 Uncirulated ASE with no mint mark, but "is" minted at Westpoint". Then there is a 2006-W Uncirculated ASE with the W mint mark for Westpoint. This is the first year an Uncirculated ASE has been given a mint mark. So if you collect ASE it's a must have.
