    What makes you think your coin is possibly a Proof? It would help if you could post better photos (larger, well-illuminated, obverse and reverse) but based on the photo you posted the coin does not appear to have the full details of a Proof.

    Based on your low-res pictures, it appears well struck. Proofs typically have a more reflective than cartwheel surface, but we really can't tell from these pictures...given the low resolution and great deal of oxidation on the coin.

    It's a nice coin...why not send it in to NGC or PCGS and let the experts weigh in? You'll probably want to do that regardless.

    i uploaded a photo of the reverse of this coin, it is an attached photo. for some some reason whenever i try to upload the reverse photos of coins on cointalk they won't upload unless i upload them as an attached photo.

    Looks like a really nice high grade business strike, can't even say for certain it's a slam dunk mint state either from those photos.
