I am not an expert but the reverse looks harshly cleaned. I will reserve my guess on value with it being cleaned, because I'm not sure.
The coin has been polished. It has AU-Details, but isn't worth anywhere near original AU money. I'm sure someone is willing to pay a premium for it, but there's very limited market for polished coins. It's pretty much the worst damage a coin can sustain. Most collectors would prefer owning an original VF/XF over an AU with problems.
