Washington Quarter 1964-D RPM?

Was searching through my junk silver and came upon these. Each picture is a different coin. Let me know what you think. Are they RPMs?

Both are the result of MD. Not an RPM.

Just for reference the one in the Cheerpickerws shows lateral doubling not vertical.

 

I'm not sure what you are saying. When referring to RPM directions, the compass directions are used. RPM-003 is a D/D East. Are you referring to lateral as E-W and vertical as N-S?
