That's a pretty notable DDO, very nice find. I would say it's an XF example and would warrant sending to a TPG for attribution. It would help your cause if you sold it.
Nice find, but these don't tend to do well in circulated condition. I would expect an estimate of about $20-30 on ebay. It would be tough to break even if you slabbed it...after shipping costs and attribution fees, the net gain would be nominal if any. I would leave it raw. Keep up the hunt!
Cool find, but not worth submitting unless piggybacked or done for personal reasons. This is an obvious variety and an easy sell, but in this condition, the real-world value just is not there to justify the expense. Congrats.
