I've heard different opinions on this, what does the term "First Listed" mean on a RP 70 graded Revearse Silver Eagle?

Where on earth did you see something with an "RP 70" grade? Or was that a typo for "PR", which is used in greading proof coins?

What grading company assigned that grade and designation?

I believe this is the case, but not sure about the "first listed" thing.

I think it just means it is the first time someone tried to list the thing. Possibly the last time if it is not a RP70.
You'll find out if you see it again and this time it says SECOND LISTING. ;) ;)
