    1898 One Ruble Note

Hello everyone, I am not a note collector but recently discovered this note dated 1898 in between the pages of an old book.

I am guessing it is Russian, but I really have no idea. Anybody able to identify it? And perhaps some idea of its value? I am sure that tear in the middle doesn't help, but I am still curious if it is worth anything. Thanks in advance!

Edit: Ok, I looked up the Cyrillic and it appears to be a Ruble. Russian?

Russia, State Credit Note 1 Ruble, Shipov signature, 1915 issue (not really 1898). Extremely cheap in VF/XF, like $1-3.

Yours is, obviously, worth $0, unless you find some crazy collector who needs this particular serial or something.
