Without reading through the thread, I will post my opinions first.

Morgans in MS can be a bit of a pain to get a real feel for grade without rotating the coin in hand with good light.

With that said, I believe the first coin to be better struck, what looks to be nice color and overall nice quality.

The second coin to me seems more bland. Pure "white" coins don't really appeal to me. But it looks to have a cleaner cheek which is where my eye automatically is drawn to for MS Morgans.

Overall, I would pick the NGC coin just because it has a bit more character.

Edit: I forgot grades, but I already read the grades assigned. I would have been low on both.
