    Hello everyone ☺️
I have a 2018 Canadian dime here. can you spot the errors?
Do you think it’s worth a slab?

Hello! To answer your question, no. I can't spot the "So called errors". Also, I think having this slabbed is a bad idea. You will never get your money back after grading fees. This coin simply is not worth more than the fees to grade it.
I hope this helps. Good luck and let us know your take on this matter. Peace!

Yes probably not worth the slab.
    The errors are..
    faded beads
    Slight off center strike
Md on the Queen’s face. She has an extra lower lip, extra hair line and forehead

Okay @R_rabbit . I see some faded beads,( struck through grease?)
Also, I think I see the off - center error but I think it barely qualifies. (???) I would wait for someone more into errors to chime in. I don't see any profile doubling either. This is all based on the Pics. provided. I know it's difficult, but I think better ( clearer) pics would help. I hope I was of some help.

One may wish to research before one answers;) ....as you see what is considered an error or variety on Canadian coinage may not be considered on other countries.
As an error / variety collector one must dig deep at times to field the correct answer.

As for slabing the specimen that's the owner choice as to the value doing so.. as you can see by the list of errors and varieties listed on the link provided.

Canadian mint uses steel platches to mint dimes... steel on steel is a hard strike wearing the die considerably with chips, as well other damaged done in minting and transfer to coin

I see nothing on/in the coin, other than it will cost 20 times what the coin will ever be worth to get it cert'd. There is a little MD and PM scratches/rubs. All things are well within tolerance and not a variety or an error.

I agree Bill however your fellow coutrymen have a list. That unlike the US thoughts on such items Ive seen for years the Canadians have other opinions .

My point being to be sure you speak...and learn from your mistake ...as I did mine... and pass this information on...so hopefully it will register before they aquire a taste for shoe leather!... My bad ..."crocs wearers " plastic .

    yes, as a Canadian,eh ;)
we do love finding little errors like these. I’ve still seen coins like this go for a 100 bucks. The rare blue nose 69 large date dime goes for a hefty price:)
    Sorry for the amateur pics.
