WHat are these?

Aquired a few of these today.

I have searched ebay and not sure what they are.

Any ideas.



Are they worth more than $2?

I only got them because I live in NC and found them interesting.

When you bring eBay into the discussion you throw all logic out the window.

 

Its just a plastic overlay. A set of 50 of each state is about $500. I paid a few over face. So im out much and im going to keep them
