I just received this stunning set of uncirculated silver Roosevelt in an old Whitman album. I just love the diversity of the toning and colors on all of the coins. The luster on most of these is through the roof! Notice the large amount of die polish lines on these? Lots of full bands and high quality dimes. Someone took some care when selecting the dimes for this album. I love it and I hope you do to. Thanks for looking. Image dump!!! Here are some of the more dramatic ones. Struck through grease? Overpolished Die? The reverse looks cameo on this guy.
Wow Greg, that set is a knock-out! Absolutely stunning coins you have there....quite a few FT's too. I'll pick 47-S as my favorite, but I really do like the vivid reds on 55-S. Beautiful! :thumb:
Yikes Greg you might need some (stronger) glasses I see nothing but silver culls. I'll be kind enough to let you send them to me for melt. PMd you my address.
Lol. Fair enough since that's about what it cost. You have good tastes my friend. The 47-s is also my favorite.
I love these sets and your is especially beautiful. The old Whitman Classic albums created some terrific coins.
You know, if you ever want to make more room for your nickel collection....I may be able to help with those dimes . Seriously though, I'm not a big fan of toners, but there are some really beautiful dimes there! Wonderful collection!
