I found this note the other day in my change. Is it low enough to command any premium at all?

According to the Schwartz Lindquist book, collectors collect the 4 digit ones, but no premiums are cited in the book.

 

On eBay, a single leading zero is called a low serial number, and sells as such, too.
Take it from there.
