Hello. This Danish coin of 10 ore is listed under KM# 841.1 dated 1955 with N.S initials. However it has the size of 10 ore coins listed under KM# 841.2 dated from 1956 to 1960 with C.S initials. The difference in size is almost Half. Is it a variety, an error or what. ? I appreciate any opinion . Thanks ..

There is no difference in weight, style or size. The only difference between the two are the Mint Official's initial. Moneyer's initials remained the same.

    N;S = Niels Peter Nielsen (1927-1955) & Harald Salomon (1933-1968)

    C;S = Alfred Frederik Christiansen (1956-1971) & Harald Salomon (1933-1968)

Thank you jlblonde for your correct reply. It seems that the mistake is in the catalog which shows photos of NS initials coins as having a much larger size than those of CS initials . Namely, the difference in photos between series KM# 841.1 and series KM# 841.2 . Unless they have corrected this in the new catalog editions .
