Ok the other day I pulled out some old coins I had as a kid back in the 60's . Now some of these coins have been packed away now for decades. I found this Buffalo Nickel that has been in a 2x2 for OMG like 40 some years....it's a 1935 S but for the life of me I can't find out the WRPM it is since that year has so many and the S on this one is nothing like I have in my reference books... Here's the image let me know your guesses. Thanks Paddy 1935 s wrpm-1.jpg 1935 s wrpm-2.jpg

There is no listing in the CPG 5th Edition for an RPM.

Given the condition of the mintmark, Paddy, I don't know what it is.

I do not think it looks like a RPM. Die chip?, die damage?. It appears as a normal underlying S, covered with a 'blobby'. :)
