The banks around here only have boxes of coins, not 'bags', but for boxes of coins:

    Cents $25
    Nickels $100
    Dimes $250
    Quarters $500
    Halves $500
    Dollars (clad) ?$500

The mint distributes coins for circulation in ballistic bags (which have hundreds of thousands of coins), and any denomination that you find in a bag has been privately wrapped, so the face value may differ. Edit: Coins were formerly distributed in smaller bags, but this practice was stopped in either the 60's or 70's.

Must have been the late '70s at the earliest, as I recall the bank I was working for at the time having US Mint bags of bicentennial Ikes and quarters.

At my credit union the bags come in the fallowing.

    cents $50.00 bag
    nickels $100.00 bag
    dimes $500.00 bag
    quarters $500.00 bag
    halfs $500.00 bag

cents and dimes take for ever good hunting.

According to the Mint website, the only bags used are ballistic bags. Cents- 400,000 per bag, nickels 240,000, dimes 500,000, and quarters 200,000. All others bags are sewn up privately so the value may be different depending on which company bagged them, although most of these bags contain around twice the amount of a box (for 1c, 5c, and 10c) or the same as a box ( for 25c or 50c).

I think it depends on the machine that's counting them, but typically what I've run across both in Iowa and Maine for bag values are:

    $50.00 in cents
    $200.00 in nickels
$1,000.00 for dimes or quarters or halves
    unsure about dollars

I also have old canvas mint bags that say the denomination on them for cents and quarters ($50 and $1000, respectively).

The old canvas type bags typically held the equivalent of 100 rolls of coins. Back in the 60s & 70s I used to buy a $50 bag of cents from the San Francisco mint every year thru the coin shop I used to work at (still have 'em).

Until about 1980 the standard canvas mint bag was
    $50 cents
    $200 nickels
$1000 Dimes, quarters, halves and dollars

With the introduction of the SBA the dollar bags went to $2000.

As the banks have gotten away from bags and went to boxes (boxes stack, bags don't) most of the boxes were equal to one half of a bag.

    Interesting trivia note:

In 1949 the San Francisco Mint ordered cloth coinage bags made at Federal Prison Industries, Atlanta Penitentiary.

I found this in an old Mint ledger at the US National Archives San Bruno California facility.
