San Francisco Old Mint Commemorative Silver Dollars

I just received work that FEDEX is now in possesion of my 5 proof Old Mint commemorative silver dollars and they are due for delivery tomorrow.

Is anybody else in the same boat here?

Beautiful coins Flawless Although I ordered 2 sets of proof and 2 sets uncircu I only got the proofs today guess I'll have to wait for for the other sets.

 

I got mine. They look nice. Even strikes and all. but, the details of the design are a bit fuzzy looking. Anyone else notice this. It's like a bit blurry in the design.

 

Mine still says backordered ship 12/8. Bummer!

 

I didn't order any but I was in my local coin shop today and the guy had a pile of them for sale on the counter. I guess if I collected commems, I'd have pretty easy access to these just about now. But, I guess you can't collect everything. :desk:

Does anybody know the current sales figures for proof and uncirculated the San Francisco Mint commems?

I wonder if these will actually "sell-out" before the end of 2006?

 

i ordered 2 proofs shiping 12/15... as for sales with the presidential coins coming out soon i doubt there will be much colector intrest in these. When do you guys think we'll be able to make a profit on these. I predict it will take a year and a half for the silver proofs to hit $40.00 each

 

My proof S.F. was shipped today,the UNC is still 12/15

It's too bad these coins aren't more popular since the raised money is going for a cause we all can really relate to!

 

My e-mail notification that it had shipped arrived this morning (well LATE last night, after 11PM), but the coin itself arrived yesterday morning! Man FedEx is fast

 

That's great! Pretty soon they'll be delivering even BEFORE you order...go Big Purple!
