Clipped or PMD

    Hi folks,

    I have this 1/2 cent and was looking for some opinions as to whether it's clipped or PMD. I'm thinking it's PMD - it just looks gound down or something but figured I would ask folks in the know.

    I am pretty sure that is PMD. If it were a clip, the rim should should taper into the clip.
