I have a few of the old "Sort-UR-Coins" boxes with all the little boxes inside. Are these things worth any value or should I just throw them out? (the boxes, not the coins . Sorry, not the greatest picture. Those are shadows, not discoloration on the box. Thanks
This is a better picture. On the left is the lid. Then you have all those little boxes inside the bigger box. Each little box is for a date/mint.
I think that's pretty cool. If I had to guess it would be semi-old. I wouldn't throw it out, that's for sure. Hopefully someone here will have seen them before. The address on the front cover dates it to pre-1963 by using the old-style 2 digit postal zone instead of a ZIP code.
