diffrent error penny

    This is a 1992 D error penny it ways 2.5g. I'm new to coin collecting so that's all I knew can someone assist me on wat the value is. The other one is a gold 1942wheat penny

    Not pure gold. just plated, worth 2 or 3 cents. The 1992 i dont know.

    all 92D cents weigh (not ways) 2.5g, it is normal not an error

    There is two diffrent pennies one is a gold plated 1942 weat penny anf the other is 1992d penny and is like a black metalic color it has no copper thats why I know its an erreo penny

    There is quite a difference between an error and damage. I know that your cents are damaged.

    No I took it too a coin apprasier and the coin was minted like that its uncirculated and has never have had any kind of chemicals or has nevee been altared but he couldbt tell me the value

    the '92 looks like it just has been painted with something.

    Unless you got a written appraisal, and that is still no guarantee of authenticity, I stand by my call of damaged.

    How do I get The writtin apprasail he said I have to send it to nc sumthing and they will package it and set the pricw on it can u assist me on that. But im for certain the black one is not damaged cuz its in mint condition not one scratch and u can see every detail clearly but I am kinda new to this so I can be wrong

    Are you saying the 92D is the "black one"? If so, maybe you could take a clearer, closer pic of it for us.

    Yes its like a black or very dark grey

    If its not damage from a science experiment, which is what it looks like to me, then the only other option is that it COULD just not have received its copper plating.
