HELP - Proof Barber Quarter?!?

Is this a proof barber quarter. It has been harshly cleaned, but the rims look square to me and it does have mirrored fields on the obverse (not so much on the reverse)

Any help would be appreciated. Online resources say they made a proof this year.

I see nothing that would indicate your coin is a Proof. It looks polished to me.

 

Polished was what I originally thought, but she had some verdigris going on and once removed I was second guessing myself, given a more complete look at the coin.
