    Is this a broadstruck coin?

Looks more like an off-center or possibly a MAD. Can't quite tell, though. Not an expert on broadstrikes, but usually the letters close to the rim are somewhat distorted. Not seeing that distortion here.

I am Not a expert . I am going to say its off center strike.

Does the coin have reeding along the edge? (If it does it is not broadstruck.)

It has reeding, I thought the same as well that the reeding would need to be absent. I have never seen an off center with that large of a rim. The back is normal.

If the reverse is normal, wouldn't that make this a mis-aligned hammer die?

Artistically, that's the best offset coin I've seen yet. It almost looks like coins natural design.

It has reeding so it isn't a broadstrike. None of the design is off the edge of the coin so it isn't an off-center. The design is off to one side and there is a wide rim. MAD, we have a winner.

I found it coin roll hunting. Almost tossed it in the bucket. Is it worth keeping?

I would save it. Personally I like it and feel it could have a small premium attached to it when trading. I would give you 20 cents for it, if it was part of a trade.
