checked for all signs of counterfeit. the bill is series 2004. is it real? if so what would the value be?
It looks like a bad cutting job at the BEP, but not bad enough to be worth anything over face especially in it's condition. Typically, the cut has to be into the design or part of the another note showing up in the margin to considered an error.
