Hi, Craig, At the moment, the Singapore Mint is only selling the complete set of its third series of circulating coins in proof condition. The proof set of 5 coins costs SGD 280. Mintage of this proof set is limited to 20,000 worldwide. I'll email the Mint to ask if it will sell individual proof coins of the third series.

Yes, the silver proof coin set is pricey. I've received a reply from the Singapore Mint and it's another bad news -- it won't be selling individual coins from the silver proof sets. The Uncirculated coin set costs about USD 12, 'though, excluding postage and handling. Maybe I'll try and get hold of some rolls of the new coins from the banks when they're launched and put them up for sale here. Can't guarantee their quality but as they'd be newly launched, they ought to be close to mint state, I think.
