Is this an unplated 1995?

    I found this penny in one of the rolls I was searching. It looks like an unplated to me but I would like to know guys think. Thank you

    It doesn't appear to be unplated, or to have lost its copper clad. It does help if you photograph it on a white paper, so the color of the coin can be evaluated. Sometimes, the color balance is off and can lead to unwarranted assumptions. I changed your title for you as per your Op.

    If anything it looks to be plated just not with copper.
