1924-D Die Rotation, Any Premium?

    NorthKorea Dealer Member is a made up title...

    The rotation doesn't seem "significant" which seems to be the primary driver for premiums. You might be able to sell it as a novelty.

    The rotation appears to be about 30 degrees or so, and most collectors don't usually care about anything below 90 degrees. Nice conversation piece, though.
