    Hello,

Ive just started collecting with my step-daughter a few months ago. We came across this penny and I'm not sure what this spot is. It's down lower between the 4th and 5th column.
Sorry for the crappy pic. My phone the only thing I had.
    Anyone have any ideas?

    thanks

    Thanks for the reply!

seeing how there no real value in it, but just for my own knowledge, how do I tell if its a chip or bubble?

My guess is if its a bubble? I should be able to pop it?

Most people call them zinc zits. Its like some coins are prone to acne and some are not. The pennies made after mid 1982 are prone to acne. Anything 82 and back should not have any acne, since they are made of copper. So look for acne on the earlier pennies
