Picture is far too small, and poor lighting. Also need photo of the reverse.

    Definitely need a better photo.

It looks like it could have proof-like qualities, but the pic needs better lighting to make a definitive judgement.

You cannot grade a coin from one side. Both side count in grading.

Sure you can! I give it an MS31-1/2.

If that's a pair of scratches from her neck to the stars, not sure if this would get a DETAILS.

Need large pics and one of the reverse, otherwise grading is futile.

As a novice, I hate to grade a coin and vote, but I want to see the results of the poll to improve my understanding. Is there a way to provide a novice vote to see the results?

It makes no difference where you vote here. No one can see what you voted for anyway on this poll.

I voted 60 from the pics, the area under the eyes looks like a major distraction, but I do not see any wear in the usual places.

62pl. Hard hit under eyes and fields are not great but would get PL.

That side looks like a solid MS64 if you throw out that luster graze under the eye. MS63.

just a note about this coin. this coin was graded CH MS64 PL by NGC. and in my opinion NGC overgraded this coin.

That's a bad luster graze in a prime focal area but it's not as though the integrity of the metal is damaged. That's why it's a tough call.
