very easy coin to grade, it is a VG-10 Much better detail than a Good, not quite a fine better than 3 letters of liberty there, but too worn overall for fine even if all 7 letters were there. Proof is not a grade, it is a method of manufacture. It could be a circulated proof worn down to the VG level, but not likely.
