Please help identify these two Asian copper/bronze coins

    They seem Chinese, and the smaller looks newer...but I have no real basis for either judgement. Sorry about the lighting in these pics.

    They came to me together. The flags on the larger are unknown to me. Orientation on the 'sun' face is questionable, but I had to choose.

    The coin on top I believe is a 20 Cash coin from the mainland Republic of China.

    The bottom coin is from the mainland Republic of China.

    Mintage: 311,780,000
