Good day all--- I picked this up because, A: it looked cool and really old, and B: the price was right. I've had it for about 2 years now, and am only now getting around to doing some research. If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say it's from India or Ceylon... I'm leaning towards India, but I'm thinking it's from that region of the world. It's a heavy sucker--- weighs 18.4 grams, and is only 22 mm in diameter. The thickness of the coin is 6mm, and appears to be made out of copper/bronze.
