I did several of these on eBay's coin and paper money forum and it was a hit so I'll try it here (don't worry Speedy, I'm not trying to copy you ). Guess the grade on this 1883-CC GSA Morgan Dollar - graded by NGC.
I said 65. The obverse is quite nice, and might even support a 66, but the reverse seems a little too chewy, although given that it is a cc dollar, I wouldn't be surpised if they still gave it a 66..
oops, I missed that rim ding. If it is, revise my 66 to 63 EDIT- just saw GD's post. I am sticking with 66.
It is always a little harder to judge when you don't have the coin in hand. But, from the pictures, it looks like a good 65 to me. Maybe 66.
