So I get off work and decide to go check out a pawn shop because I heard they had decent collection of silver. I walk in and the have in the case every single 40 percent silver half dollar in its own little holder. So for giggles I asked how much they were asking for the 40's. He told me 5 each... only worth 4.29. So I poked around a little bit more and stumbled across this... So again I asked just out of curiosity..."How much for the coin set"(keep in mind theres nothing amazing about this...all the coins are from different years but the half/quarter/dime are of course silver)....He replies...15 bucks....wait a minute...10.50 for the half....5 dollars for the quarter...and 2 for the dime...over 17 bucks worth of silver for 15 bucks....SOLD!!!!
You sell that thing on ebay for $40 prob, what a great pick-up! I would like to pick up one of those everyday and twice on Sunday. HOTN

As of right now this is the only standing liberty quarter I have...so im gonna hang onto it for now...but If I do decide to part with it I'll give you first dibs.
Its funny you mention that....they have quite a few peace and morgan dollars...I didnt bother asking for price. I figured it would be something outragous...but I think I'm gonna check back...
The local pawn shop around here will not budge on prices and ask for $20 for garbage dates. You got a really good deal
