With the damage on the coins, neither one is going to be worth very much. Neither is worth more than $3 problem free, so anything over face would be nice for the shape they are in.
I would grade them both as F-12 without the damage. According to CCN trends the values would be; for the 1900 $20.00, for the 1910 $3.50. I don't know what effect the damage would have on value. Bill
