I found this in a box bought at an auction. Has anyone seen one like it? How can i tell if its real gold? Who made this and when?

My guess was that the outline circle is part of a 2x2? meaning it is very small. I doubt seriously if it is a coin or of numismatic origin. What is its weight and size and what is on the reverse please.

Looks like one of those ridiculous mini coins they sell on eBay for $5.

Here is the back. I don't have a scale so can't weigh it. It is 8mm across. What do you think it is? It says 1933 and has an indian on the front. It says 10 dollars and has an eagle on the back.

It looks a little like a Quarter Eagle, but those do not say "Ten Dollars" on the reverse, they say "2 1/2 Dollars".

My guess is this is a miniture replica of a $10 Golden Eagle, not a Quarter Eagle.

Most likely one of those small "junk" coins that people try to sell by the hundred for dollars.

I'll never call anything "junk". It's not what you were hoping for, but even replicas are cool. Enjoy!
