OK Guys, I need an expert here. This coins has what appears to be a bull on one side and a profile/portrait on the other. Looking for help.

    Thanks
    Ben

You know it does. Check this out. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong direction. It's pretty good sized as well. 26mm and 12g.

still hard to say...they look a bit different but since none of the inscription is visible and I cant even tell what is on the obverse its just hard to say :( It might be easier to see some more detail in hand.

Here are two more after I brushed it some with a brass brush. It really is beginning to look like a lion now...

I know this isnt your coin but it look to have a similar motif...a person sitting on one side and a lion (and in this case a bull as well) on the other

Mazaios stater (11.0g), from Tarsos, Celicia, Asia Minor

Might give you a type to look for...

this looks even closer to your coin...Seleukos I lion tetradrachm (15.5g), from Babylon, c. 311-305, Sear 6148, Newell Plate XXI 3-5, BMC 28 43-47

both depict on obv. Baal (God) of Tarsos

It looks Ancient Greek to me.

Ben,it looks like an Ancient Greek coin to me,as the obverse doesn't look Roman to me,I'm afraid.

there is no doubt it is greek...I think it is a walking lion with a lady (maybe godess of some kind) sitting right...I see so many but not this coin yet...I am sorry, I have searched but cannot find your coin :( I hate to admit defeat....
