I have a co-worker that is thinking about selling them. I want to help him out, but I know nothing about them. What are they worth? He says he started in 99, but didnt finish the series. I assume he has all the early ones.

The series was completed. The last of the 50 states quarters was issued in 2008 and the territories were issued in 2009, to end the state quarters program. The national parks quarters program began in 2010.

Depends if they are UNC or from the mint. Then exactly like Chris said.

If they are just circulated from what he gathered up kindly explain to him to just take them to the bank.

And that $13 to $15 for BU rolls is the retail price not the wholesale price you would want to pay for them.

    therocktjb Wait, what**

I'd make sure they are infact Uncirculated first. Price would be between 1-3 dollars over face for each roll depending on the State. California comes to mind as one that isn't very valuable.

At the going price for bu rolls and considering shipping and eBay/Paypal fees and the fact they are tough to sell, you're better off just cashing them in at a bank. I just cashed in a bunch of duplicate SQ rolls to buy AtB rolls.
