In case you didn't notice, my comment was directed towards the OP; not you, and considering that half of this thread was about your mean comment, it seems clear that people do care.

mabye people care about my comment, but yours is another pointless argument.

The OP felt the need to explain himself because of you, and I responded directly to him; nothing less and nothing more, so what's the problem? The only one I see trying to start pointless argument is you.

I can't say how much I hope that CoinTalk isn't going to degenerate into a clone of the PCGS board's US Coins forum, with tons of backbiting comments and arguments!

I did not see that you appologized. I accept you apologe. But maybe you need to stop putting peaple down. And thinking you know it all.

I picked of a Dansco album the other day at a coin show full of MS and proof quarters. Not a complete set, but about 88 coins. While entering them in my Coin Manager software program stumbled across the 83P and I was wondering what the heck on the value. So this thread was very enlightening.

Okay, now you're starting to behave like he did. xGAJx apologized. You accepted. No need for a snide comment at the end. Just graciously accept the apology and move on.

Welcome to the hobby. Ask questions, have fun.

Do you see something special about it? Point it out, we are not mind readers.

I see what appears to be a rather average 83 quarter fairly on par with what one would expect to find in circulation.
