Tried on the 300 toll number on the letter I received from them as well as the number for their California office. Anyone know how to get in contact with them? I don't want my order to be canceled. Thanks.
I suspect that you cannot dial a 300 toll free number from outside of Australia. I don't know this for certain but it is my assumtion. Remember that there is also a 12 hour time difference between EST & Australia. I suggest you send them an Email or go to www.downies.com
