It appears the 1834 is the Large Date and Large Letters variety. Sellers pictures. I believe the 1829 is a Fine, and the 1834 VF35 or XF40.... Lets see what you think.
Can't speak for variety, but I would say a little better than Fine on the '29. There's quite a bit of detail there.
If you're concerned, take it out of the flip and try and take a couple of more detailed shots, including the rim. As it stands, nothing screams out at me, but I'll defer to some of the other, more frequent posters.
Why not? With eBays return policy if there's any problem with the coin that isn't described in the listing, you can return it. These 2 coins were bought as a pair in an auction that ended in the afternoon(est) and the seller clearly states 14 day money back guarantee no questions asked. I take chances on auctions and I've done quite well on other bad title/picture/description auctions. But that's just me, it's like gambling, but you always "win" something
both of the coins have been cleaned. the first coin maybe vg details worth about $45.00. the second coin maybe f-vf details worth about $55.00
