    Correction: 2005-P, not Denver mint

This one definetely looks like a double die of the letters "RIB" in PLURIBUS. This coin is in the same satin finish mint package cellophane as the 2005-P W.VA. with a probable linear die dent in my recent post. I just got to taking a closer look at the others in the set.

The first picture is of the doubling and the second picture is of another normal die of the same issue.

There is no apparent doubling anywhere else on the coin. Just have to share this one.

The doubling is on the left of the "R", slightly at the bottom of the "I", and shows as a light split on the lower left and on the lower loop (bright area) of the "B".

    Thanks, Bob

    Sorry. Goofed pics. OK now.

    Dark Pics

    Hello,
The pics are really dark, still you can make out some of the doubling. Is their anyway you can get lighter pics? Thanks

Sorry. I'm not to good at getting the results I'd like. These are off a Qx5 and the coins are still in the cellophane. If I turn up the light, there is too much glare.

The doubling is not extreme, but the split seriff on the "R" is obvious with a loop. This pic is rotated and just a bit lighter.
