this is one i'll snipe. :sniper: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1897-morgan...89?pt=Coins_US_Individual&hash=item3f2284ac0d
yeah, i thought that to, till i looked at that ebay thread about how a littly polished coin didn't sell.
You really should've waited until you'd won. I see someone bidding you up, or making the price too high to be a real steal. Just my opinion man.
If I liked Morgans, I would compete with you for it. I'd say go after it, if you like it. I really don't care if a coin has been cleaned or not; I'm not a purist. If a design appeals to me, I'm more interested in that than the coin's previous hygiene habits.
Even if it ended in the middle of the night for everyone, had a blurry photo, and there was a hole drilled in the top, a Morgan would not go for under $10 on eBay right now.
Do you honestly think silver content will be ignored because of some thread on a "littly polished coin"? It's not going to happen, my young friend. If serious about the price, you would do better to use your time and snipe on something you might have a chance on.
So what does that have to do with cleaned coins.. is this one cleaned or something? I can't see it...
