Found in a roll and am wondering if any one has an opinion of the rim of this cent. The silver part of the rim is very hard and has the weight of 3.11 g like aregular copper cent. Curious as to why it wouldn't weight more?

    dsmith23 Gotta get 'em all

Its just damaged, perhaps it came from a bezel, or it might even be glue.

Some sort of damage, but PMD nonetheless.
